Does Crescent Ridge support the use of bovine growth hormones(rBST)?
No. Crescent Ridge is committed to a non-rBST milk supply. We do not sell milk from cows injected with growth hormones, which can be harmful to the animals. rBST injection can result in mastitis which requires antibiotic treatment. Federal and State laws prohibit the sale of milk from cows being treated with antibiotics and require that all milk is screened and antibiotic-free. Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, only $4.00 per delivery which is once a week. You can even lower the delivery fee to $2.50 if you join our EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) program. Is there a minimum order per delivery?
Yes, your order must be at least $7.50 (not including the $4.00 delivery fee).
Can I use manufacturer's coupons?
Sorry, we can't accept any outside coupons. Please place any Crescent Ridge Coupons you may have in your milk box or put them on or in your fridge for your driver to pick up.
How do I place my order?

Fax your order form into us with your customer information on it to 784-784-8446.
Use the Order Pads - leave the order form in your milk box or refrigerator the night before your delivery and the driver will fill it that day.
What day will my delivery be?
Location determines when your delivery's made. Give us a call to find out your day. 1-800-660-2740 ext. 108.
Any times that you don't deliver?
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. We'll give you advance written notice and your delivery on those holidays will be on the day prior to your normal delivery day. Weather conditions may affect your delivery. If this happens, delivery will be one day later. We have missed one delivery day in the last 12 years due to weather.
What if I am not at home to take delivery?
You can purchase a Crescent Ridge Dairy Metal Milk Box from us, or supply your own cooler. We can also use your garage refrigerator (as long as it's accessible to our driver). The cooler becomes your "Dairy Store" for the storage of delivered products, the return of empty bottles, and a place to leave orders, statements, and payments. Leave a freezer pack in the cooler on hot summer days. On extremely cold days, we recommend bringing the product inside soon after delivery to prevent freezing. If the product does freeze in our glass bottles, please place the product in the sink for defrosting.
What if I don't need a delivery?
Simply cancel your order online at www.crescentridge.com up until midnight the day of your delivery, or call 800-660-2740 by 4pm the weekday before your delivery day. If you're going away, just give us your resume date and kindly remit payment for your current billing statement.
What is the billing policy?
Billing is done weekly. You're billed for the prior week's delivery and payments are due each week. You can pay by cash, check or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Payments may be left in the cooler or mailed to the dairy at 355 Bay Road, Sharon MA 02067. Please do not put your payment in the returnable bottles.

Do I need to sign any contracts?
No. You can also stop service any time you want.
Where can I find nutritional information on your products?
We provide this information on the back of our weekly invoices for Crescent Ridge Dairy processed products. All other product information can be found on the back of each package. You may call us to find out any information you need on the products we deliver.

I need to change my information on my web order form, how do I do that?
Fill in all the correct information including the products you want to pop up every time. Before you submit the form, check off the box below the comments field that states - This will save information on your PC. Submit the form and then confirm the order on the next page. This resets the cookies on your computer. Next time you visit us at http://www.crescentridge.com , your information should pop up.
