News 03/03/10. BU student Lindsey Palatino recently took a ride with milkman Keith Cross for her photojournalism course. Crescent Ridge milk and ice cream now available in the new Star Market "green store" in Chestnut Hill. This is the first time in Massachusetts that high-efficiency lighting, appliance and other advanced energy technologies have been applied to a retail supermarket wall-to-wall. 11/20/09. Massachusetts Farm Bureau awards Crescent Ridge as a Dairy of Distinction for 2010 - The Dairy of Distinction program looks at the practices of a dairy and its farmland to ensure that the beautification of the New England landscape remains true to its history. The Massachusetts Farm Bureau has over 90 years of experience in issues relating to agriculture in Massachusetts; and its widely considered the "Voice of Agriculture" in the Commomwealth. 05/01/08. Crescent Ridge partners with the Greater Boston Food Bank by making weekly donations of food and dairy products. The Greater Boston Food Bank distributes more than 30 million pounds of food and grocery products to nearly 600 member hunger-relief agencies throughout eastern Massachusetts in a dedicated partnership to end hunger in our region. 05/01/07. Crescent Ridge named Massachusetts Family Business of the Year for 2007, wins Marshall Paisner Award. The Massachusetts Family Business of the Year Awards honor and highlight the outstanding achievements of Massachusetts based, multi-generational, family owned businesses. The annual awards program brings together the leaders in family business throughout the state. |
